We also have winter-time rentals available in Pepin, WI. These are furnished apartments at between $800-$1,500/mo, ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms. Leases are only through the end of April or May.

A simple, low-pressure path from your first message to move-in day. We take it one household at a time, and we keep you in the loop the whole way.
Say Hi
Fill out a short "Getting to Know You" form to see if the opening is a fit. Takes five minutes, no commitment.
Apply
Submit the full residential application for immediate consideration on a current opening. A Google account is required.
Screening
Qualified applicants submit credit and background info. Screening costs $50 or less. One household is reviewed at a time.
Showing
Come see the place in person, or take a video tour if you're far away. We schedule around your availability.
Move In
If it's a match, we send a formal offer, sign paperwork online, and pick a move-in date together.
