Co-Owner
Jill is one half of the duo behind Raspberry Rentals, making sure every stay feels like home. She's obsessed with raspberries, believes string lights belong everywhere, and loves petting her sassy, chompy cats. With an eye for detail and a love for hospitality, Jill, alongside her amazing family, keeps Raspberry Rentals running smoothly for guests, tenants, and property owners alike.
Co-Owner
Julia is the other half of Raspberry Rentals, where she brings a compassionate heart and a great laugh to managing properties. She loves creating new veggie stir fries with her husband, petting her devious, handsome orange tom cat and hunting down the perfect lamp (or lampshade) to add pizzazz to our vacation rentals. With a background in hospice care and a home filled with lamps and love, Julia is committed to making every guest feel as cared for as she does for her patients.
Vacation Rental Cleaner
Naomi serves our Lake City properties with dedication and care. A plant lover at heart, she's proud of her big, beautiful Monstera and has a knack for making spaces sparkle. Naomi is the cleanest person we know, and her attention to detail, kindness, and caring make her a key part of our team.
Vacation Rental Cleaner
Don is the mastermind behind Smokin' D's, the best BBQ food truck in Western Wisconsin. He's a wedding catering pro in the summertime and cleans for us in the wintertime. He's been with Raspberry Rentals for over two years, and when you wonder how your wintertime rental in Pepin, WI is so sparkly clean, that's thanks to Don.
Cleaner & Maintenance
Tom is our cleaning and maintenance wiz at our Fountain City, WI Chateaux. He's a fan of homemade meals, especially meatloaf and pies, and can build a campfire that'll have you enjoying the quiet valley evenings for hours. He's also on a secret ladybug eradication mission, shh.

Dawn balances vacation rental cleaning as a first job while navigating middle school life. When she's not making spaces guest-ready, she's performing in her school musical, spending time with friends, or giving extra love to her favorite cat, YoYo.

Nola brings her love of organization and attention to detail to every vacation rental she cleans. Whether this fabulous teen is tidying up or making sure everything is perfectly in place, she does it with enthusiasm. A true animal lover, she adores dogs, cats, and horses, and if neat handwriting were a sport, she'd win gold.
Junior Maintenance Staff
Duncan may be our youngest team member, but he's got the enthusiasm of a full crew. At just 9 years old, he's always ready to help with demo work, hand off tools, and tackle the heaviest lifting he can manage. When he's not assisting the senior maintenance team, he's out hunting for fossils, building tree forts, or rocking his safety goggles like a pro.

Jeremy, owner of Pepin Property Management, is a trusted partner for Raspberry Rentals' maintenance needs in Pepin, WI and Lake City, MN. From day-to-day issues to handling emergency repairs, he's always quick to respond. A carpenter by trade, he also owns rentals in Pepin, loves fishing, and enjoys time with his kids.
